Returns & Refunds
At ZOI Lifestyle, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will assess the issue promptly and arrange a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and wellness reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Custom or personalised items
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend requesting a return for the original purchase and placing a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must remain unused, in their original packaging and condition, with proof of purchase provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
